Qumran Ruins (#3)

This is some of the ruins of the community of Qumran. Many believe that this was occupied by the Essenes which are believed to be the people that made the Dead Sea Scrolls that were found in a nearby caves. This is the main hall in which it is believed that the scrolls were made by scribes working at tables.
