The Apostles and The Birth of Christ are the inaugural sets of printed
trading cards available at www.SundaySchoolSources.com.

The Apostles set includes the twelve Apostles as well as cards for
Matthias and Paul. The Birth of Christ set includes: Mary, Joseph,
Gabriel, shepherds, wise men, Herod, Zacharias, Elizabeth, John the
Baptist, Anna, Simeon, and Jesus as a boy. The web site now has a flash "tour" of the cards.

The cards for sale are based on the free files still available at
SundaySchoolSources.com. Some new cards have been added, and there have been some revisions to the cards. The cards are in full color,
two-sided, laminated, and sealed in sets with ideas included for using
the cards at home and in class.

Gary Glover, whose artwork is featured on the cards, has graciously
allowed us to print and sell the cards. This will be a great opportunity
for teachers who cannot make the cards themselves.

Get them moving

Incorporate movement into the activities as much as possible. Kids will move during class. It's much better to control that movement than to let it happen "their way". So I've altered typical class reviews to incorporate movement. The favorite is true and false. I have a true sign on one wall and a false sign on another wall. The kids stand in the middle. If the statement is true, they move to the true sign. If it is false, they move to the false sign.

The navigation and display of the site has been improved. It is now possible to print graphics, worksheets and lessons without the navigation bar at the bottom. Some of the longer pages have been split into shorter, (easier to scan) lists.

If you have bookmarked internal pages within the site:
Most significant pages kept their address, but may link to the content rather than including it on the page. The "resource" page has been split into two pages: "http://members.aol.com/kddailey/links.htm" and "http://members.aol.com/kddailey/other.htm".
